so i went up riding last weekend and on my m7 ive got it tuned in to a ''T'' went to look at my boondocker box and the up button must be stuck on i cant look at my settings without it changing on me and i m afraid i wouldnt be able to set it back! anyone else with this problem

Same deal here....when I talked to them they acted like I was the "FIRST" customer this has ever happened to.

I understand why you are frustrated, my response was due to the fact that if your button is stuck, the BD box screen will say button stuck. There are many things that could be going on, bad grounds etc. It is very difficult to diagnose from behind a keyboard, that is why I asked you to call Junior or Jared at Boondocker 1-877-522-7805 they will be able to help you locate the problem, or if needed you can send your box in. i called BD, i sent in the box, they said it could be a recall but if not could fix it for a low price thanks BD. hopfully fix it fast so i can get back out there.

they never told me they dont have problems. he did say they had some recalls so i guess we will see when i get it back. hopefully its a recall.
got my BD box back in the mail unexpectedly. it was so quick i thought the post office sent it back for some reason. come to find out i open the box and plug it in to my sled and it works great! didnt charge me a dime i couldnt be more pleased. i would recommend anything from boondocker they do have great service and products this box makes my sled screem!!!

attitude aint no perfect product.
ended up with a boondocker after attitude.
i believe both companies try hard to satisfy , but there are always exceptions
mine with attitude being one of them.
both companies are great in my opinion.
