Bolting kit to my husky, need advice

Creative . Where there is a will there is a way . I got Timbersled to make me a rail/ frame to fit my 2012 TE 511 in 2014 before Polaris was involved . The 511 makes a great snowbike . The fuel injection works great at altitude. Just keep temps up , to prevent over fueling. The air intake is up high where the typical gas tank location is , so no injestion of snow . The KYB fork springs are weak, and rolled over bars last season . Have heavy springs enroute from Cannonracecraft. You will enjoy this bike on the snow . I made a wheel kit , that works well for sled deck or trailer ramps . Let us know how your kit works after some seat time !

Very cool thanks for the tips and pics.

Well worked all day on it today again adjusting everything and torquing all the fasteners down. Mototrax chose to use snail cams for secondary chain adjustment and I gotta say that I'm always pleased to see those. They just work. So bravo on that.

was hoping to get wheels on the ski and a winch in the truck but instead was having bike engine trouble. Long story short it was my fault and I buggered up my secondary throttle butterfly servo. So that butterfly has been removed and the snap seems to be back, but it says "fail" on the dash. I'm gonna ride it and then see if it needs further fixing. That field is where the speedo usually reads and I'm not gonna need that readout anymore anyway ;).

That secondary valve/ butterfly in the garbage can, is the best mod you can do to that engine !

Even better than the PCV?! Btw did you know that some fellows have figured out how to hack the ecm to accept PCV maps without using a PCV? Too late for me as I already bought one before they got it dialed. Some smart Russian dude working on it. Also able to read trouble codes via obd2 apparently.
