Bogging at low throttle and dying during idle, but intermittet

Thought i'd try and get some thoughts from you guys before I start tearing down the engine...

I'm getting a major bog down when getting on the throttle, but only with a bit of throttle, if I pin it then it will power through with no problem and no loss of power. It's only around a 1/4 throttle that it wants to bog down.

And then it will idle weird, and i have to nurse the throttle to keep it running, if I don't then it will just putter out.

It will start up again no problem, and after i give it a good full throttle pull for a few seconds it will run fine, most of the time. It only did this the last time i was out, hasn't done it before that. I was doing a lot of lowww speed cruising around that day as well.

Also at the very end of the day on the way back to the truck, on a flat plowed road, it felt like i was getting the cruise control thing, but i'm not sure, never experienced it before and i was only on the road for about half a km..

I haven't cleaned the carbs yet, or checked the plus to see if it's running rich but as soon as it's warm enough to work on it I will be doing that, as well as cleaning the DPM. I wanted to get some input before I got into it so I can try and get the issue cleared up before the next time i take it out.

first time out

I had the same problem was this bye chance the first time out maybe bad gas I changed plugs cleaned power valves and new plugs and put in fresh fuel And it is running much better now Looks like you where going to clean the carbs to hope maybe this helps

Your pilot jets are partially clogged. Clean them now to avoid a lean burn-down. You must remove them and physically clean with a single wire brush bristle and carb cleaner.
