I thought I read somwhere that is is normal, but just wondering if someone else is have similar issues. When I first give it gas, even just easing on it it kind bogs or misses then takes off real good. Seems like maybe the idle is rich so it hesitates for a second till it burns up that excess fuel. It isnt bothering me at all, and I have been riding it like this for about 500 miles. Just want to make sure it isnt something that might bite me in the *** eventually.

Look in the how to links at the top of the page in the 900 section (Stickys ) and read about TPS tools and setting. I think you will find some sort of problen with the TPS (throttle position sensor) adjustment ,faulty sensor ,bad TPS harness. My bett would be simple adjustment from the symptoms you describe I have only seen 1 0f 4 so far that was properly calibrated from the factory. Every thing you need to know is there in the links I mentioned. Its a pretty simple and cheap thing to do yourself if you have some tools and can /will read! I did it!

Thanks for the suggestions....Just had the tps reset at the dealer a week ago, no differance. Never fouls a plug, reverse works fine, no differance warm or cold. It has me stumped.
Do you have a part number for the harness, the dealer wants like $150 or something... is there another option? Is there any reason to replace if it isnt bothering me? Its barely noticeable. Thanks for the help.
Half second hesitation is the best way to explain it, when going slow if I let off and get back on a little it will hesitate again. If pinning off the line it will not hesitate.
