BLU-RAY DISC - Snowmobile Videos??

I have watched Hangfire over and over on bluray! Incredible!

I haven't gotten the Evolution bluray yet...anyone know what the deal is?

I have a PS3 which plays blue-ray. Would definately buy blue-ray Sled films. Question for the fellow PS3 owners. I have connected my PS3 using an HDMI cable but my HD tv doesn't detect a signal through the HDMI port. I used to hook it (PS3) using a RCA cable system to the non-HD tv. Is there a setting on the PS3 setup menu I need to change; to get the PS3's signal to send via the HDMI cable?

Just ordered Hangfire 2 and I don't have a Blu-Ray DVD yet.

Blue- ray here, attended the Calgary show this weekend. Unfortunately for all the film producers, I didn't add to my video collection. I know you guys are working on it, and when your vids are available in blue-ray, I'll be buying them. That's my .02

interesting stuff, I heard something about CBC HD upconverting their high def somehow, hockey games were not originally being filmed in HD, only 480p, they were piped into a truck which upconverted it into HD, and then broadcast to the rest of the country, and there is a clear difference between lets say a game on NBC high def, and CBC high def, CBC looks terrible, I was curious about this and which way the independant production companies would go, good on you for biting the bullet, and doing it the expensive way, I think its worth it in the end, the end product looks so much better, any ideas what blu ray burners are running these days?

Where are you getting this about CBC? That's all on your service provider. On Bell, CBC's hi-def feeds are easily the best looking of everything.

This is with a 9200 Bell receiver / KDS-60A2020 Sony SXRD 1080P display.

The short answer is yes.... You will need to make the changes in the display settings. Check the attached website.
