Blow Off Valve ticking at idle

I instaled a new battery on my 2003 RX-1 Bender rear mount. Now that I have it back together the blow off valve is ticking when I give it a little throttle?

What kind of BOV do you have, some of them are open at idle
Maybe it's trying to open and need's to be adjusted

I had same problem with my bypass valve (bosch version - open at idle). I think I have read the same about the Vortech bypass valve if vacum signal is not take from between 2nd and 3rd carb boots.

I just moved the vacum signal for the bypass valve from the 4th carb boot - to between 2nd and 3rd carb boot. All carb boots are T'ed together with the rests of the carb boots, this stopped my fluttering/ticking on the bypass valve. (bosch -open at idle).

This was also on a Bender kit.
