Black Alpine spring position???

I have a Apex powderlites kit with a 28RS running 15 pounds at the moment and I am getting pretty good secondary slip. I have a black secondary spring I got from Alpine and was wondering if someone could give me a good starting point for what position to put it in. I am also running a Shockwave Helix.

Yep. I have 14.5 mm rollers. I am getting all kinds of belt dust and my belt is looking pretty worn after 4 rides. I think I am getting lots of slip in the secondary.
