Bikeman head and pipe without controller?

I have a bikeman high alt head and was going to add pipe. Anyone try this setup without fuel controller above 6k ft. Av gas mix maybe? Bikeman wont respond for over a week now.

Anything more than the pipe they recommend a controller. I recommend running the controller too, I just recently installed pipe, y pipe and head with the bully dog on my 16 and it cleaned up the running immensely. Used to leave brown streaks in the snow everywhere I went and there are none to be seen anymore. Runs crisp with great throttle response now. Did you call or email? I emailed with no response so I called and got ahold of someone right away.

Thanks for response. I know they recommend it obviously there are some better gaines to be made with the controller. My experience has been just a head cleans up and makes a polaris run alot more crisp and was curious if pipe can be run without it and do at a later date.
