Big trouble today - help needed!!!!

HAHAHAHAHA a weekend to laugh about this summer around a camp fire.

Kim, get The Clapper. That's how I get up! turn off lights and get out of mine shafts!

I need to run. I'm decomposing and time's a wastin'.

Before I ride with Spence again I need to go shopping

:rolleyes:Shopping list:

New double decker rack for XP
snowshoes that fit new rack
pulleys
rope x2 static
locking pulley
tree strap
tow strap
FRS radios
compact binoculars
marine flare gun w/flares

ok, a month later this story comes back. Remember that the day we were lost someone also drove a sled into a mine shaft very close to where we were? the sled got wedged and they had a hard job getting it out but it never took the ful plunge. Well I hear at breakfast that another sled went in that shaft, when they pulled the sled out the 71 year old man on it went 40 feet down the shaft!!!! he was rescued by S&R and is ok. While being told this story at the local cafe by my neighbor, while standing there with my nephew, the neighbor then says... "and some group of 'idoits' drove off of lightning ridge too and had to be rescued" wow, are they ok and how many? seems there were five of them and they came out by chopper and left the sleds. LMAO. That wasn't lightning ridge I said.. "and we got the sleds out the next day." "it was US! remember all the trucks at my house one late with trailers?" YUP! that was us. :) nephew and I had a laugh and left. we're famous, guys. :) haha. and I AM NEVER going back there.

Hahahah :D:D Hey rock found out today that first guy down the mine shaft that day was my neighbor just got the whole story about it. He had no idea someone else had taken the plunge.

So how'd it turn out???

Odle

actually that's funny. Sunday it's the five of us riding together that were on that hill. All we're missing is Chief looking for us and a chopper ride home. lol.

There's still a chance.;):beer;

should I be looking for you on Sunday?

I'll make sure I have extra gas and if I get back to the Soapstone lot late in the afternoon and your rigs are still there then I'll set up search and rescue again and start looking in the Soapstone Creek - Iron Mine Creek area for you...

again...

or are you headed into the Lakes? Please go into the lakes.. you know the lakes.. no stupid cliff tricks in the lakes..

Lol

Andris and I deffinetly went shopping. We got some stuff now. Hope to see you tomorrow.Sounds like lakes to me.

The FL boys are regular MaGuyvers now. Got all kinds of gear. hope we don't need it.

Headed to the lakes. IF we can get up some of the inclines needed to progress back into there. Should be interesting. Those plateaus need to be climbed and it may be too deep to ride. We'll resort to fields, meadows and lakes as needed. I have to come down early. Breakfast at Yolk at 8am. time to sleep.

Chief have a good day w/Tink tomorrow. I hope it's perfect for her to rebuild her confidence. cheers
