Hey all,

Looks like Northern Horns are getting hit hard. Up to two feet by tomorrow night according to NOAA. I was thinkin about making one last trip. How was the snow prior to this? I know pretty slushy and such just wondering if there was still a base at all. Have a few feet or pow on top would be nice. Let me know.

anyone

Am i the only one in south dakota considering the drive out. Anyone else want to go, I want to say i rode in may.

Buddy from Aberdeen was told to come on out by a local LODGE out there. No Snow when they got there and they headed down to Centennial!!!

low

heres a vid from last week. its looking down towards the passage from the closest hill. like i said in the earlier post, it was pretty slim. had to ride over lots of sage brush

Lookin thin, looks like they get got 6+" this morning at bear and calling for feet today. Bald Mtn got 10+" this morning and calling for feet today. High Wind Warning in effect. They closed Alternate 14 also.

We are riding sunday, rode a couple of weeks ago and there was still plenty of snow in places. Wind has been blowing so the creeks and trees should be good.

There was still many places with good snow 2 weeks ago.

It's just that getting to those places, the snow was sometimes slim even then. I'm sure it got really slim in those same places since we were there.
