I am thinkiing me and my mom and my dad are gonna go riding up there next week. We were plannin on the snowies but none of us have ridden the horns since about 1985 hahahah .... It's just as close to Casper as the snowies I think

Hopefully my sled will be running by next week

I would head to the snowies bro. Way better snow. The horns are awesome but not enough snow yet. It won't be ready untill the end of Feb. Then it would be worth your trip. Just came back from a week at home in sheridan. I promise u the snowies are better. Just watch for the avy's.

Hes right but hes isnt. Snow was pretty good over the weekend. Just no base. Went out today up from Bear Lodge, and its warming up here. Snow settled alot. A good base is starting now. Just what we need. Looks like some snow is possible this weekend into next week. Just need this base to freeze and need 3-4' of pow pow and to go. But there is some decent snow still to be found as we did today but its starting to setup.

I'm guessing RYDPWDR is not gonna tell. As all powder sluts know, a man NEVER reveals his riding locations. (Especially if he doesn't want to see them tracked up!)

I've noticed that beelers are similar to cattle...a lot of them kinda just follow each others tracks around. The Horns are full of little meadows that seem to hide from you...it's taken 8 years of riding most weekends from Nov to May to find them and yer right...I'm not talking

Yeah I heard talking about riding areas in and around northern wyoming was grounds for a lynching up there

It was pretty warm today, but the forcast is calling for snow the next few days. Keep your fingers crossed.

We are heading that way tonight. We are staying at the Bear Lodge Resort. Rididng subday thru tuesday. Looking for someone to show us around. We are from Montana and rode cooke city many times. Looking for some new country.

We are heading to the big horns in late febuary. How do you guys think the snow will be then?? We have a few first time out west rider coming with us to, so it would be nice to ahve a good base under use.

Snow was decent this weekend...good thing is it got warm this last week so it has setup a lot and is making a decent base finally...bad news is the pow isn't great...ride the trees and you can still find some.

The snow isn't to bad, The base was starting to set up last weekend. Burgess was busy busy with riders and the trails were all in pretty decent shape. We need a good 4 foot dumping now !

I hear tell that it is snowing now...I sure hope it is dumping down there.
Looking forward to coming down on Feb 27th. We'll be there for 4 days. If anyone wants to ride or drink some beer after the day is through...just pm me and let me know.

I am riding a 05 Rev, two friends with Arctic Cat 900's and an Arctic Cat M1000. Plus a few other guys who will be joining us there.
We will be easy to spot...we're the ones falling off our sleds and acting like little kids because we are excited to be on vacation. LOL
