Anywhere to rent Arctic Cats in the northern Bighorns? Wife and I are headed out after Christmas and she hasn't been on a sled much the last couple of years due to having our son and she is a little nervous about riding something different. She has ridden my M8 some and likes it. She has an F7, but I really don't want to take that. I was hoping to find an M6 for her to ride.

?

:beer;:beer;Dont think there are any rental places around the horns renting cats. all that is around here is poo's and yammys I think. Best of luck to you finding a ride for your wife. The poo 600 is a pretty sweet sled (IMO)

Thanks.

Thanks for the info about last weeks ride. Saved us a couple hundreds miles for nothing. Wondering is the snow worth driving to on Tuesday? Should we go to the Horns or Cooke?

Cooke and the horns have about the same amount of snow. I would go to cooke just because the have better riding. Looks like cooke will be getting this week, Hope you find a good place to ride cheers:beer;:beer;

Here are a few more pics from the begging of the week. Happyfast WYsteph and i went up. Had lots of trouble with sleds and yes there are still rocks. around. I had to use the backup edge and ended up breaking a trailing arm. (couldnt get the REV to produce spark mid way through the first day). Not to bad of riding, although there where a few spots we found that still had nothing for a base.

Remember the brake is on the LEFT!!!

Who did that??.. :eek:

Yes the sled is totally trashed, it was a lodge employee. The girl was a new bartender pretty nice and good looking girl too. She had rode a few times. During the melt it was slick and she grabbed a fistfull and when it caught she was just hangin on for life and hit the pole. She had bleeding on the brain, broken femur, shattered knee, broke wrist and I do believe arm or shoulder. I know she was still in ICU till sunday but haven't heard anymore since then. They are leaving the sled there they said as a reminder to everyone that things can happen anywhere. (I.E. parking lot cowboys)

Just got back...went up Fish Hook and played around in the trees for awhile. Snows not bad but a big dump would be nice.
