Big Horn Mtns WY

A group of us are going up yo Elk Lake Lodge in the big horns. Any body that has or is riding that aera, please tell us is it a good aera. Thanks Nounty Hunter

The snow can be good up in the horns, trails are usualy great, but the later in season the better the base is. I am eight hours from the horns ride there when snow is good. Just got back from the snowies, was there a week snow was way better there.

Was just up at Bear this past week. Snow was good! Found Headlight deep alot of places. If your at ElK View, head west towards hunt mtn. Go straight across the field in front of the lodge and head up in there and to the south a bit. Owen Creek and whatnot. Cook stuff to be found there.

X2 on that ^^^... We like to ride up on hunt mountain road as well, lots of untouched places to be found, some cornices, some good hills, little bit of everything.
