Whats up with the people at better boards ive called and called and called, left 4 messages on phone in last two weeks and no return anwser, guess they didnt want to sell a set of boards to bad.. I ended up buying from snow eliminators they anwsered there phone.

That's the problem with people who make great products and have great customer support. They get swamped because EVERYONE wants their products. Sometimes it pays to be persistant and patient. 5 years ago I could call Dakota Performance (40 miles from me) and get through the first try. Now it might take a whole day of calling to get through. But, just like with Betterboards, it's always worth it.

Exactly.... Rob is also swamped with the automation factor he is going through to stream line everything, not an easy task..... Take into account that it is the middle of the season....

I guess my question is why didn't ya just purchase them on line grizz?

i saw a set at hinsons just south of mccall and although they did look like a good product (very similar the the sno eliminators) they felt super heavy

We have a website for ordering www.snowmobilebetterboards.com and a toll free number and an operator from 6am standard to 2:30pm and then you can leave a message because I'm not always available day and night. Did you leave a message on 1-877-292-0635? I believe we have answered all of those calls daily. Maybe our system isn't working. I work my way through cell messages as soon as possible. Sometimes it's few days but generally not depending on travel.

Sucks for you. Because the better boards i put on my sled are the best mod i did (except for the turbo)

I'll never own a sled without them now
