Alright guys im wondering what websites you guys buy from, and which ones and the best all-around websites carrying decent diversity on products.

So far I have come across as firstplaceparts.com being good but its just to small. rockeymountainsnowmobile.com has a few good things on it too.

Where do you guys shop??

If your talking parts I use polaris parts house. They have full break down prints of the machines with numbers. Its very easy to use. Kind of a pain on the phone the print jumps around and is hard to see but on a actual computer it a real ease. It automatically save your searches somehow and the bill grows is the only problem.
The other stuff id try to buy straight from the mfg's usually.

It depends what you are looking for, but for a one stop shop it's really tough to beat Sled Solutions.

I also like kensports.com, countrycat.net, iceageperformance.com, Rockymountain snowmobile, I'm sure I left out a few, but I have had good experience with these.

You will find it hard to be an end all catch all store. We could carry every snowmobile boot on the planet, and then somebody would come in and want a Burton boot lol. And even if you did carry every product known to man, you would then confuse people. The old saying of, "you can't please everyone" rings 100% true. So we choose to stay closer to the gear and apparel side of things while featuring specific hard part products here and there, and we test and ride EVERYTHING we sell so we can give credible reports. With that said, we still stock and have well over 20 Thousand SKU's as of right now, and have ridden in almost all the 2014 gear for this coming year. It will be hard to find a company that stocks tons of gear and tons of parts unless they are parts available from WPS, Tucker Rockey, Parts Unlimited, or Marshall, as the companies that make products in this industry tend to be a bit smaller, and in order to keep margins, sell direct to the public.

If there is ever anything we can do to help you out, let us know. We are always willing to hear feedback, and rely on it to grow and progress. Could you elaborate more on what you think makes a great online store? Are you thinking you would like to see a store with tons of parts and clothing/accessories, or more a couple stores that specifically focus on parts, and a couple that are just clothing/accessories? Do you prefer having a one stop shop, just for the ease of shipping etc? Thanks a ton, hopefully we can help you out one day!

not best but worst?

ok they may not be worst, i have heard horror stories,, but EPI was a total pain to buy from,, just difficult all around ,, and didnt have item in stock ,, after 2 weeks of jumping through hoops for them ,, i canceled and placed order at summit racing and revived item 3 days later... then epi calls me a month or more after the fact saying,, oh we got the item now ... no thanks

just a difficult place to give money to.. DMV anyone?

I have had good luck with firstplacepart until 2 week ago. I went to buy a hmk hustler jacket on clearance and they sent my money back saying they are sold out of them. I called them and they said they are working on updating the website. I just check and it will still let me buy then same coat that they don't have in stock.

Same thing happened to me. I placed three orders in a couple week span first place parts, up north sports, and blown motor. Only one order went through without issues, blown motor has earned my future business. Keep up the good work, great prices and shipped quick.

there is an old saying...

I don't know the key to success but the fastest path to failure is trying to please everyone...

ps...gobigparts are good....heck when it comes down to it we are sooooo lucky to have so many great vendors...

Lots of good sites guys! The thing for me is yes lots of websites I can find what I need and them some, and of course some websites are mainly for certain type of products, clothing, hard parts ect. But what im yet to see is a website like the ones we see in the motocross world, such as bto sports and rockeymountain atv mc, those two sites have literally everything I need from head to toe on me and my bike! I am seeing lots of good websites out there though such as the ones listed above that are stepping up to the plate and making awesome websites! Just looking for that little bit more...
