It will hold the deck up with both sleds off of it and with both sleds on it, the simply push down the front of the deck with one hand and off you go! You acn also lift the deck with one hand if you want to back off or don't have drive off ramps and it will hold the deck up just as easy!

I wedge the sled hold down bar under the front of the trailer!

I've done that too. Place it at an angle and leave it a little loose so when the sled hits the back of the trailer the bar will fall away.

I have an individual side tilting Norbert's 2 place that has a harrow tooth bolted under each side so the deck tilts as soon as it's unlatched.
