Best Snow Park at Baker to Camp?

I'm looking to camp for a weekend somewhere around Baker with a travel trailer and I'm wondering what is a good park to go to? I have never been up there before and just want to go dink around with the ol' lady. She likes to stick to trails, but I like the bigger stuff. Is there an area that will satisfy both our needs that's not a pain in the butt for her to ride? I'm looking to go in feb if there is snow. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks.

I don't think the south side (schrieber meadows) is open but there are 3 good parking lots with plenty of room if we get any snow. The north side (Bear Paw) is ride able but no real trail riding as far as I know and I don't know if there is a place for a trailer.

You can go camping up at Bear Paw. there is a lower "Y" and a upper "Y" plus a gravel pit. However I heard that going into bear paw there is about 1/2 to 1 mile of gravel road with no snow in between the parking lot that you ride out of and the actual trail into bear paw. You might want to wait till it snows a little at least. The lake looks damn near thawed.

The south side of Baker is closed not enough snow in the meadows. Needs to be 2ft. to be open.

Just went to Bearpaw Sunday. Not Enough snow. Drove 3/4 the way to bear paw. Snow berm, Washouts. There's like 4 miles of bare ground from the Y to bearpaw. You will never get a trailer up there.

Need to wait for a lot more snow.

Bear paw is not a place for a beginner ride to technical.
