Best snow in 15 years!!!!

I didn't make that up, I heard it from the experts. Guys that have been coming up here for 15 years, they told me they've never seen this much snow! We have about 4 feet right now, check out our snowcam: www.rangercreekranch.net. Anyone that has been here, knows how high that fence is, and it's gone in places.

We were pretty much snowed in untill a group from Bear Lodge stopped in here today and packed the snow down a bit. The dogs can run again

Further north around Burgess Junction there has been a lot of wind, but there's lots of snow in the trees. On this side of the mountain, the western slopes, ohohohohoh!!!!!!! There's snow EVERYWHERE, it's just unbelievable!!!! Come and check it out this weekend and make sure to bring a shovel cause you WILL get stuck!!!!!

Wow! Thx for the update! I just looked at your webcam a week or so ago and could see all of the fence... now it's buried! Sweet!! i was planning on going this weekend too and then the family changed my plans for me. Keep it coming!!!

Thanks! We used to have great rep, then we posted some Klim closeout deals on several threads and apparently some people don't want deals, they thought is was spam and gave us a bad rep. Not doing that again, but would appreciate the help for getting our rep back up!!!!

You're wrong, it IS deep!!!! I was on a business trip for a few days and came back this morning, I had to break in the trail from the parking lot, had to burst through a wall of snow, then up to the ranch through at least three feet of powder. And I'm not an experienced snowmobiler, AND I was on our old beat-up Scandic. Oh my goodness, that was a tough ride, but a lot of fun! When I finally got to the lodge, I got stuck 30 feet away!

We'll have that beer ready for you Sir! Hope you fixed that sled of yours, cause you're in for a lot of fun this Saturday! Start digging And hey, help me out with that bad rep please, it sucks!

Latest snow report: we had a little bit more snow overnight, but the wind's blowing, so it's hard to tell how much. Probably an inch, maybe two. Right now it's snowing off and on, and it looks like we're going to get more today! I'll post a new pic on our website in just a little bit.

What's up with this weather. I've never this much snow here, and now.... apart from a tornado 4 years ago, I've never seen this much wind here either! It was snowing last night but I can't really tell if we had anything overnight - don't even know right now if it's snowing or blowing, but something is definitely going sideways!

We could use some more base, but the real problem is that the base is buried in three and a half feet of powder..... base or not, you sink in deep anyway!
