Best sledding place in CO to buy cabin or house?

If I wanted to buy a cabin or house in Colorado very near great snowmobiling - where would you suggest?
Steamboat?
Grand lake?
Kremmling?
Some other area?
Be great to have a groomed trail system very close, I like both riding trails and off-trail.
Not expecting a job nearby, would be used for recreation.

Everybody has there favorite no correct answer in my opinion. But having been all the places you list I would buy a cabin in Grand Mesa. Not coincidently thats my favorite riding spot.

I've often thought about buying a place in Kremmling as a "cabin" and a rental for others...

Check out grand lake. The trail system in the national forest is connected to town via a groomed trail. Check out grand lake trail groomers website for a map. From grand lake your also within 30 minutes of five other areas and 1-1.5 hrs from rabbit ears. And you cant beat the view in the summer!!!

Anyways Grand Lake would meet your criteria, and not too high of rent. Could most likely find a place to ride from your cabin/house.

Grand Lake rocks. Check it out this winter. One of the best trail systems in Colorado and great backcountry riding. And like Rusty J said, awesome in the summer.
