I would agree. I've seen guys on 850s that have no problem following around 9Rs all day. They just have to work a little harder. The difference isn't worth the money if you are poor. A boost on the other hand will get a crappy rider into places he wouldn't be able to get on a 9R. But a Boost also increases a crappy rider's chances of wrecking his junk by 200%.
