Best sled for 4k

I'm 6'5 and 250 (of twisted steel and sex appeal- oh yeah) anyway I have an 04 900 cant and an 06 M7 (that I bought for my wife)

the power of the 900 has to be respected - period. Everyone, I mean everyone has been beaten by one. and they have a fantasic reptation for durability - but like you said they are older chasis and even though there are big improvements over stock, your still on an older chasis and at the end of the day you will feel it.

The M7 I didnt realize it was as fast as it was, the suspension and body position are so much more comfortable that in the rough stuff like a whooped out road your going 10-15 miles an hour faster. as for raw power well they dont have that arm ripping acceleration its deceptivly smooth and they will go just about anyplace you want to take them only a little slower than the 800's

okay now to the point------if you ask anybody about an M7 that has owned one and sold it nearly all of them will say "I wish I would have kept that sled" that says alot about how good they really are.

I had the same story here. I had a 1M800 and my brother had a M7. Even though when riding my sled it felt much faster...a race across the lake or meadow, whatever we would be side by side. (even if we switched sleds) The M7 doesn't have much low end but it is still a 140 hp sled...and they are light! The For a little over 4 grand I have seen some nice deals on M7's. Good luck!

Not enough to pay 4 grand!!! ;):eek:
Ya i'm just messing with you 1M800:D But honestly if you get a rev the best out of the box is the 06 800 X and from what you weigh get a 151 track or longer. If I was ready to buy a new sled I would have trouble between a 2010 XP 800 and 2010 Cat 800 SP.:beer;

Love my King Cat. Stuck a rider forward steering post on it and a Boss seat and it feels like a new sled. Plus it absolutly rips. Might be old technology, but hey, it works. Not to mention, it's the most mod friendly sled I ever owned.

Oh yeah...we ride with a guy that rides a Rev 800 and it breaks down every year in Wyoming. Atleast it is minor stuff like burning down the top end, or the clutch falls apart!

Lets set the story straight; First it did burn a piston 2 years ago, but thats because I didn't ride smart! ;)
Second last year it was high marking 2 09 M8s all week long, and I have 50 lbs. on both riders! (It's all balls) :D
Third my sled is beautiful !!!!!!!!!! :p

Damn you found it! :mad: LMAO!!! I stll don't think we are even for all the crap you give me.
