Best Skid for T. Yammy?

It surprizes me that no one has mentioned an ezryde.

One of the sleds in the trees in the above post I put up earlier had an EZRyde on a Tapex. The front shock exploded on his third attempt to pull out of the hole we were in. Just an observation, he hit nothing and the install was dead on. Not sure why it did what it did.

Ok here's the different location on the timbersled brackets. It really helped a lot keeping my front end down.

You don't have to move the brackets, just the hole. I took the rear skid out so i could get the measurements accurate.

After the skid is out, measure up 1 1/4" from the stock hole in the bracket and make a line.

Then measure from the center of the front arm hole and keep you center distance the same as what they were to begin with and mark it on the bracket. ( I son't have the Tsled instructions in front of me but it's30 5/8 or 31 5/8 I think).

Then just drill where the 2 lines cross and wallaw. It will move the slightly back too.

I'm running a 1/2" and a 1/4 " shim underneath the rear arm and my limiter is in the 3rd hole

Here's a few pics of the bracket. This is looking at the bracket on the clutch side of the sled

M10 with Chad's rails for sure. This skid has been proven time and time again in the big chutes of Revy. If you don't believe me, sit at the bottome of Monster during BIS and watch the skids in action.:eek:

Thanks for the Replies Fellas! The 174 M 10 is the one for the Steepest Faces of the Earth 4 Sure. We just don't have the Narly like You Northerners Do (Canucks He, He...) I really like the way My Echolm Rides and Performs. I just think I can see things Failing in the Near future! It looks Weak. I hope I'm wrong and the Skid last Graciously. Thanks agian, JOP :D:beer;
