I have dealt with most of the shops and they all have strong points and weak points.
Devin at provo ski-doo is a stud
Wellers is awesome,
Alpine are great people to work with
Edge has been super quick and a great sponsor
frank may has great service...

plethora of great shops along the wasatch front... take time to get to know them personally and they will take care of you personally

I agree 100% on this, I deal with Frank May only and have done so for 4 years straight now, once a dealer see's you day in and day out all year it makes it much easier when dealing with my toys.

I have dealt with both of the shops up here in the north and Frank May is top notch....I had them fix a pull start on a sled a few years back....it didn't hold up when I got it back....took it back up to them and he was deep into an engine..completely stopped came out...took my sled off the trailer and fixed it right there on the spot....I went to them looking for a rev and they didn't have what I was looking for but knew of a friend that was trying to sell one...turned me on to that and I loved the sled. I still have yet to buy a sled from them but I have always been treated as a regular customer any time I have walked in or called. Can't beat that!!!!!!

Oddly enough ADS hasn't been too shabby since new Svc Mgr

I know the new Service Manager from up at ADS. I have had one small issue with a new sled and he was very prompt. Tim is a top notch guy. Being originally from out of state, I had heard some not so nice things about their Svc dept. Since Tim has come on board, I have seen some great improvement. Tech wise, can't beat Frank May though!

Devin is the best in the biz! We head out West from Minnesota every year and have always had great support from Devin and Provo Ski Doo.
