These are two completely different things, so I answered for service team, Weller is well equipped to do a great job service wise.....parts wise, you can't beat the internet.

I have not had experience with all the listed, but I have had great experiences with both Wellers and Frank May (you forgot to put them in the list).

Where is the option for "My Garage" I will bet their are many DIY'ers on here. That gets my vote. Never had a sled serviced at a shop yet. Figure its a good learning experience for me.

Then again I have not had any major damage insurance worthy......;) but all upgrades, work, tune-ups, etc. I have done all myself.

That said I get my parts from ADS.

Is frank mays still open? I just listed the ones ski-doo had listed for utah. I really just need someone who knows the TRA clutches till I can learn more about them.

I also say Frank May without any doubt, I have bought 2 new sleds from them and a 4 wheeler as well. Jim, Frank, and Kelly are hands down the best 3 to deal with when it comes to Ski-Doo's.

Just last week my sled would not get above 6800 rpms when in deep snow under a load, I run it over to Jim and he helped me pull some weight and let me try a different helix. Took it out the next day with M8Chris and that sled hit right on 8200 and pulled like a freight train all the way til I had to turn out!!!!

My first sled that I bought was purchased here in the valley from Renegade Sports in March of 03, it was an 03 rev extended out to a 144 and this is how the sled was when I purchased it. In Nov of 04 the PLP tunnel extension came loose, cracked and caused coolant to leak out of the sled because the design they had developed ran the coolant through the runnin boards. My Temp light never came on due to a burnt fuse so I burned the motor down. Renegade Sports said it wasn't covered because it was after market tunnel extension? I reminded them it was that way when I bought the sled and it did not matter one bit to Renegade. They told me to contact PLP, well PLP went out of business and left me with a pile of Rev. I rebuilt the motor with the help of a friend, and the motor went down again about 2 miles from the parking lot. 2 1/2 years later I snow checked an 07 rev from Frank May and he put the motor back together for me for FREE!!!!!!! (well it did cost me and 07 rev) but this sold me on Frank May and I have bought 2 new toys from them as well!!

The knowledge and customer service this place gives is what all dealerships could learn from, so My vote goes to Frank May 100%!!!!!!

I dunno. I have only dealt with one dealer so far and it took em a month to do 1 hours worth of work to replace a bushing on my primary. I won't mention names yet as I haven't had that much experience yet but 1st impressions...:(

Always good to hear when a dealer stands by their customers

I for one am always first to say "good job" when appropriate. Always try to give benefit of doubt until proven otherwise (another thread entirely:mad:).
Frank and Kelly have always been responsive, respectful and customer focused! It's a drive, but they will see any issues through to the end! Yes, first hand experience!

Yes Frank is still open and running strong. Talked to him a couple times in the last week. They all have thier strong and week points. IMO there isn't anyone I can highly recommend. Maybe someone can help change that?

I've been trying to get BigJohn out here for years. a few options as to which dealership he could purchase. IMO, there isn't anyone in the state that can provide the experience and the service as him.

BJ please move out west!:D:beer;

I've never dealt with Frank May so I can't comment on their quality or service.

I've done business with many of the others over the years and still believe that Richard and Mike Weller know more about Ski-Doo's and how to set them up then any other shop I've been to.

What's great is even if I'm replacing the broken parts myself they are still willing to give me tips and advice. On warranty issues they've always been on my side.

Over the years we've bought Polaris, Yamaha and Doo from them.. Even a Cat or two when they had all four brands.. They know them all and will turn out a great running sled.

Wellers

I've done business along with my friends with WELLERS and they have good knowledge and we had good results.

The only complaint is that it took 3 weeks of my sled sitting at their shop--which actually means it sits out back in the weather and looked like crap when I got it back. If I would have known I would have put a cover on it.

Ran good though and they fixed my friends REV which two other places couldn't figure out what the problem was.

Frank May Skidoo is my top for Skidoo.
Bought my Nytro from Wellers and had a great experience there as well.

I know both of them will go out of there way to help you out. Both have been servicing skidoo's longer than any other dealer's in the state.

I live in davis county and purposly pass the dealer in ogden to see jim and kelly at FRANK MAY. Always nice and takes plenty of time with instructions and tips for my "self-install", even traded me a top gear straight across.

Jacob, no votes for Alpine yet? Who did you vote for?

I haven't voted. Alpine has great guys. Dan and the rest of the thinned out crew, are great to deal with. But I feel they are a sinking ship. To bad cause Dan is the Man! I really like dealing with him. I'm not saying Alpine is headed anywhere but I can tell the owners have lost interest. It would be perfect for BJ to slide right in and get a true doo performance shop going in Utah.

So what would it take to give him a little nudge?
