I could have sworn there was a thread on this, but I can't seem to find it.

So, I was trying to get through this year and freshen up my top end (sled has 5000 miles on it, engine has 3300 or so. Guess I should have done it last summer, as I broke a piston skirt on Saturday.:( Took out the pto side jug, but hopefully not the crank; buddy is taking it apart this week. So, who has had good/bad experiences wit h different pistons? Not interested in a big bore, just looking for drop in pistons. Wiseco? RKT? Other options?

Thanks in advance for your help...
