Please let us know what you have done and the results you have obtained.

I will start

Challenger Extreme track. For the BC snow conditions seem to be an improvement over stock. I have not gone head to head with another Pro yet but when I do I will post results.

Homemade Cowling Block off plate, similar to SLP's but made of HDPE Plastic, and free! Attached with four rivets. Goes behind the exhaust pipe to block the huge bay window Poo left us.

A-Arm Skid Plates- made out of UHMW Plastic, attached with SS Hose Clamps, sure they have saved my A-arms this season, they have the deep gouges from rocks to prove it.

Liberal application of Split-loom and Zip Ties to cover the wires and keep them from rubbing on the chassis.

12 cent zip tie, to keep the oil line from rubbing though at the bulkhead.

$1.50 of grip tape, under the bumper. Whether stuck or using to pull myself up on the trailer, it only took one time for my hand to slip, sending me down on my a$$ to realize this was needed.

Low black windsheild from Rush: looks cool, can see everything in front of sled from drivers view. Camoplast Extreme: super hook up. Rear Assault clicker shock: can ride sled real hard with lots of bottoming ajustments. SLP Hyperfax: great for low snow conditions. Polished tunnel: looks smokin hot. SLP hooks: easier on hands. Removed swaybar: super handling.:D:D:D:D
Super impressed with sleds handling and power.

Im a fan of just no windshield. I havent ran mine since day one. I did the Zbroz A arms due to the scare I read on here. If I had to do it again Im not sure it was worth it or not.

File down the outer extruded cleats on the outer rails so that they are not so squared on the edges or they will eat your boots up. If you have an urge to spend $200 then get some better boards or other boards.

I finally got time to work on my sled i have to say I put one of my power addiction 13.6 heads on and a hps can by far your best bank for buck in the power department. Less than 1 hour install and no programer or nothing. The throttle response is second to none.
Anyone looking pm me as I will be doing clutching next and should have some pretty good stuff.

My Favorite mod would be
1)Clutching, to get rid of stumble and much smoother shifting.
Primary:Spring-Slp Blue/Pink 140/340, 10-66g weights
Sec:Spring-Black/Purple, Helix-60/42/.36, 2 Derlins
2)Wrap, especially on the tunnel. Sheds the snow instead of building on the tunnel

3)BMP Powderlite Can, lost 6.5lbs, added more room inside hood, sounds great!

4)Powdercoated suspension- great protection and suppose to shed the snow better

Best bang for the buck that I've done so far

*Slp hi Flow intake
*Carls clutching with helix, weights, machined clutches
*Carls valving on stock shocks using Fox internals, stock valving to soft for 220lb rider
*Holz vent kit
*Bar riser

Other mods that work, not quite best bank for buck

*Power Claw track, light weight drivers
*Slp can
*Holz gas rack/can
*Under seat bag, nice for spare goggles, drink, etc
*Gold finger left hand throttle

This sled flat out rocks, very happy so far.
