best nytro secondary set up for mcx180

i know guys are talking about secondary set ups regularly and i am just wondering what is working best . i have a mcx180 kit on a 2010 nytro and have just changed out the track to a ce 2.5 and have noticed that track now pulls down the rpm in a long pull. going to change the primary to empty 8bu's and go to the arctic cat green secondary spring but am unsure of what helix will work best. do not want keep cashing out the helix experiment..welcome all experiences.

Supreme tool SUPERTIP X SERIES weights. u can adjust for your boost and a shockwave adjustable helix will save you on the helix experiment. keep your green cat spring.

Shockwave works well, then you can adjust the helix angle on the hill.
