best intake for pro

I run the slp intake and never had a bog yet. I also run slp powder valves too, not sure if they are needed though.

has any one tried gutting the upper portion of the intake lik they do when installing the silber turbo

Little noise. But noise means power right MBRP??? .. its a PITA to get the air box out.. need to turn up oiler still so ill be back in there .. admit!!!

One 2.5" frogskinz each side of the stock intakes.

2.5"-2" rubber abs reducer.

Hole saw thru the airbox and thru the hood.

The intake is vertical so no snow buildup.

Works much better than the slp.

One 2" powair on the bottom.

Fire and ice works awesome. Has many options for materials and number of pieces to kind of make the cost fit for anyone. Give him a call and talk about what you are looking for and he will take great care of you.

intake

Thanks for the reply's I would like to put one on the side of the hood like sheetmetalfab has just think it would stay more clear of snow I also have my boonie box mounted by my guage so it makes it not easy for the slp and fire n ice vent

sheetmetal
whats you thinking behind using the abs reducer instead of just cutting a hole and covering it with the frogskin ?
velocity ? noise ?

oh yeah :face-icon-small-dis
i was thinking the airbox was right on the other side of the hood wall
