BEST DEALER IN MONTANA

I have had very good luck with Yellowstone Polaris in Billings, they may not have the best price but they have treated us extremely well, always recognize us when we walk in and they are local to me

Definately not Belgrade! worst sercice ever! will not buy from them and chances are i will be done with polaris west because of them. Have tried to get several things warrantied and never returned calls....

you and me both brother.

if anyone wants to see my issue with yellowstone polaris, i maid a thread with almost 5000 views.

I am a business owner, and i would never let a customer get this mad and have a vehicle down this long. They refused to do what their job is.

You can view the thread here- http://www.snowestonline.com/forum/showthread.php?t=288079

I know of other people who had less than quality work done there but it's not my story to tell.

bought my 12 from Kurts and they have been very helpful. They have even met me there late at night to drop it of for service when I needed to. Of course they know I'm coming a long ways so they accommodate me. Great guys.

Hmm

I gotta say Kurt's!! I've bought 4 or 5 sleds from them, and they have always gone above and beyond for me... Great guys in the Missoula store.. I will be buying the 2013 PRO from them also, no doubt!

I've always found that if you want to get the best from the people at the dealership, put a little time in getting to know them... Some may say it's a business ethics thing, but, I guarantee you'll get better service from a friend than from a stranger!!!

Sometimes customers fire dealerships and other times dealerships fire customers, it's okay it's just business. Find someone you can do business with, build a relationship and don't worry about the $$$. I think as a whole the Polaris dealerships within our state are as good as they have been for a long time.

Also what are your dealerships doing to help your sport, would you pay a few bucks more if you knew the dealership you were buying from was fighting to keep areas open, trails groomed.

Sorry if I am ranting.:director:

I bought my sled from kurts i line-xed my tunnel
I disagree i took a sled in to get it fixed. Anyway i knew what happend to it thought i might as well try and get it fixed for free well it didnt work, and they told me my line x blew it up because it got to hot. I wonder why 3000mi later it hasnt blew up? If you want people like that working on your sled be my guest.

Just giveing my .02

Kurt's Polaris is hands down best dealership in the state. I drive two hrs there and they cover all labor and all I have to buy is parts. That right there is enough for me. Justin at the seeley lake store not only rides these sleds frequently but he makes sure my machines are in and out fast. Screw sports city I have just had bad luck there.

yep, took my sled to kurts in seely, rode with justin showed him my problem, told me the exactly what i wanted to hear, what i was trying to tell sports city all along..

i wrecked my sled last year and even after buying all the parts to fix it through them, was told by the service manager that because i wrecked it its almost not warrantable... i paid for warranty work that didnt even fix the problem.. went to seely rode with the guys, ended up hitting a tree, bending my pipe and they go ... no problem man accidents happen and thats not what is causing the issue weel get you fixed up..

this coming from a dealer i didnt even buy my sled from.. they got my business

Ronan power products. Chris was a great guy to deal with. Kurts in kalispell never seems to give me the time of day. Maybe the other stores are better though

Thanks when the prices are set I'll give you a call. I'm usually in Helena at least once a month.

Yep, sold it this summer. Kinda sad to see a machine go that I spent so much TIME and MONEY on. If I got a better deal it probably wouldn't have been such a punch in the stomach.
I'll be on a 2013 Pro next season though.:face-icon-small-coo

I hear ya on 100% of that post.

I've bought from Cooke City Exon and it worked out great. They know how to set a sled up for fun and were great to deal with(six years ago).

I just rode with the sales manager from Yellowstone Polaris and was thinking of buying a sled for wifey from them, being that I don't get to Cooke anymore. They have a good rep from the guys I know that buy from them.

My local dealer in ND is pretty good too and I finally fence jumped from Doo over to Polaris this year with them.
