how do i change the belt on an 02 viper is there an easier way than me and my buddy using every ounce of strength to power it off? thanks im a moron

Knife or torch !!!!! No just kidding. Push in on the face of the secondary and turn clockwise at the same time. As you push in on clutch, push the top of the belt down into the sheaves. Once you have it down in an inch or so you can pull up on it and pull it over top of the secondary. It's easy once you do it a couple time and you learn how. Hope this helps.
