Bearing in rev motor

Sorry if this has been talked about. My buddy has a rev 800 and h keeps putting the main bearing in his sled. Like two bearings a year what is the deal with that? Is it a ba design. It is an expensive fix everytime. Any suggestions on how to prevent this? Thanks

Which bearings?center,PTO,Mag

clutch could be throwing it off, so it wears out those bearings fast. not sure but thats just an idea.

I would have clutch balance and replace all bushings ,spring cap ect. and then line bore the cases.Seen several cases which were not straight and will cause excessive vibration/failure

So many folks try throwing new top-end parts on old/worn bottom ends:face-icon-small-sad. After you verify and replace parts in the bottom end you should use the new updated cageless BRP wrist pin bearings (same as R engine).

Tell him to stop putting band-aids on it and fix it properly once and for all!
