BDX DD what gears are you running?

BDX DD lite in 08 M1000 what gears are you running

Thinking about getting a bdx diamond lite drive for my 08 M1000. There are a host of ratios available! I'm thinking 55/65? Opinions? What are you running in yours? Thanks for your input! Rev

There are lots of posts on this subject. Do a search if you want to read for 3 days straight OR....................install the 55/65 BDX gears and then get some teeth whitener for your big smile afterwards.

I run 55/65 on my 1000 and love it!

WOW.........that's steep! That should be an arm-puller.

should work great for my kind of riding, along with new exhaust and lightened up some with oil injection off and 20 pounds of my big butt, cant wait to take it out

55/65, per recommendation from BDX. I'm running SLP single, RKT Head, and RKT Secondary.

I'm going to run the stock 60/60 on my 2010 crossfire with the power claw track. I hope I don't have to spend the $$$ to gear it down. Hell...the m1000162's were geared at that. I was thinking of dropping to 57/63 bet I should probably try this first

I went to 56/64 and loved it. Since my DD exploded, I have to do it over again and will go to 55/65. IMHO- Don't waste your time with 57/63.

The guys running 55/65, what type of clutching are you running? Helix, weights, & springs.

I went with 56-64 in my 09 M1000, but have not rode it yet. Hopefully I went low enough, as I also put on a Camoplast extreme 162x15x2.5 on this year. I guess I will see, if not low enough I will be spending the money to regear lower.

I just went 55/65 in my 09 m1000 and wish i would have gone lower... The 52/68's in my HRC are still seeing 75- 80 mph....
