I just dropped in and exchanged my 30 for a new throttle

I sent my email to them this morning and by after lunch I got a UPS email that it will be delivered this Thursday. Email I got said 2-weeks. Looks like it is a easy change out.

Good publicity in the sense that they're standing behind their product and want it right

I have to send mine in for repair as the stitching is coming out on a shoulder strap and he said that they will fix the trigger too. Tried to get me to buy the upgrade for 199 but I'm not sure if I want to do that.

Ya I did the upgrade

But, I did it because I don't need a 30 pack... The throttle is a much better size plus the trigger is on the right side so I can pull it and keep my hand on the throttle.

This new pack is way light also.... Biggest complaint on the 30 was the weight.. Some days I'd get bruises on my shoulders from the bag moving around with it's weight and my stuff in it.

I purchased the burandt tunnel bag and downsized my pack so I should be a lot more agile this season and carry the same amount of stuff

I have the same setup and love it. You will like the burandt bag. The only thing I changed is I went and got some pan head bolts and put it on. The quick disconnect I did not like. Would not stay tight.

Brought my Float 18 to the show to test fire and get refilled. When I was there they told me about the recall on the trigger and installed it while I waited. Let me fire off my pack twice and refilled it for free. Got a nice BCA hat from them also. Great guys at the BCA booth with great customer support.

Ya I recommend calling or just heading up there. I was surprised at how little their facility is.... I guess when your bags are made in china you don't need much space though
