A aksnopro Well-known member Feb 1, 2012 #2 What are you wanting smaller diameter for? If you go smaller you need to mod the riser with inserts or get bars that start out bigger and go smaller on the bars (some pro tapers) Smaller you go the weaker it will be on rollovers ect. -Aksnopro

A aksnopro Well-known member Feb 1, 2012 #4 gotcha, what ever you do make sure you matchup the riser cut diameter with the bar diameter.
P plumberdood Active member Lifetime Membership Feb 3, 2012 #5 I put FLY bars and adapter on mine. Bent factory bars second ride out and they told me 6 weeks back order for cat bars. Western Power Sports has them. Had Parts in my hand in tow days.

SledBC Well-known member Lifetime Membership Feb 3, 2012 #6 I was amazed at how easily the bars bent, mine bent just trying to hold the sled from rolling over on my second ride.
