I believe grooming is over with. Just ride the trail slow and conserve your energy till you get to the good stuff! mmmmmmm, Baker.

oh PLEASE......... I've been trying to convince the hubby for YEARS....... it's easier to keep the speed up and ride on TOP of the bumps........ plus the misery is over faster :)

Dear lord, we're talking about SLEDDING...

Geesh....

And I've never thought of IT as misery:eek:

True it is easier to go faster through them, but after you legs and arms are blown out how do you have enough energy for a full day of riding and then the trail back?

I have seen many people hauling up rough trails to stop at the good riding and take a break because they are tired. Don't see the point in that.

What is with washatonians? They can't drive worth a crap, and sooner or later every conversation turns sexual. Speaking of sex......

GTG is good at keeping his speed up over the bumps, he just installed cruise control last weekend now all he needs is a small cup holder :wine: :).

BTW how's that working for ya?

Now, I'm not sure if I want to show up for the next "quickie" ride.....it sounds fun, but I'm scared!!!

I'm a huge fan of speed wins, much easier to rally the tops and be done with it....rolling those bumps slow makes me tired....

I found that my thumb wasn't near as tired.. 30mph up hill without having to touch the throttle = truly lazy.

I also found that sometimes the fixes are so easy, they're embarrassing... in line adjustment was moving back and forth = duh
