Bad gas?

Its my first ride. My sled ran fine for about 3 or 4 miles. then it started sounding funny and loosing power. i checked the plugs, one was whiteish and one was wet and black/brown.

Could this be bad gas... If so should i dump the gas and refill it?

Add stabilizer to the gas now? or fill it with new and add stabilizer too?

What do ya'll think.

also if this could be the case how long should it take to clear things up. it seems to be only running on one cylinder now. How bad is that for the sled?

in case anyone is wondering... i drained the old gas and put in new stuff and it was a whole new sled. five seconds after starting it was back to its old self... just in case anyone has the same problem, i thought i would post and let ya'll know...

it would be worth your time to drain the bowls too. the bad gas/water might rear its ugly head in the middle of nowhere.

I had really bad gas a few weeks ago after eating at the mexican place in town.

I was better by the next morning though.

Know what I really hate though, is when I fart at work and not 2 seconds later someone walks into my office... there's no hiding that.

But if it's fuel you're talking about, yeah, drain the carbs and dump what's in the tank into your truck. Top it off with fresh 91 and let it get through the lines.

I'm proud of what my body can do. I've been known to burn the bark off of trees, and all the time it just makes me smile (as long as I plug my nose). I've found a good pepporoni pizza is the fuel desired for my bad gas.

Yeah well I thought I was in the clear but it started all over again. Not quite as bad as the first time but the thing is only hitting on one cylinder again. I drained the bowls but I couldn't really get at the carbs to see what the jets and such looked like. I threw some injector cleaner in there and sprayed the crap out of the carb with carb cleaner. I am gonna let it soak overnight and see if it goes better tommorow... wish me luck.
