Rode Wolf Creek today (12-24-11) from the parking lot at the top of the pass. We dropped a Dakine grey and black backpack next to a tree probably no more than 2 miles from the trailhead to shed some gear. Came back at the end of the day to see it gone. Hopefully someone picked it up to help a guy out, otherwise someone copped a nice backcountry pack full of the basics. If anyone picked it up or seen it anywhere it would to be great to be reunited with my pack. Thanks, and have a Merry Christmas.
P.S. Riding was good. 8-10 inches over heavily tracked out base. Seemed like word got out that there's snow here, and everyone and thier cousins traveled in from near and far in the last 2-3 weeks.
