Holy Crap...H2 that sounds awesome! Gonna try it. :beer;

The easiest way I know of is toss the ribs in a roaster pan, cover them with sauce (there's a ton of good sauces you can buy right off the shelf, no muss, no fuss) and toss them in the oven at 275 for roughly 3 to 4 hrs. Then I finish them on the BBQ. Low heat for roughly 30 mins, turning frequently.

Times depend on how much you're cooking, obviously.

Ditto, works great and tastes even better! I like Krafts chicken and Rib BBQ sauce but is very hard to find in the US and Mex.

Foolproof ribs....Sauce is optional, most people I serve this opt to not use any sauce at all.

Start with WEBER Brand sweet'n savory Salmon Dry Rub.. Sprinkle this liberally and rub it into both sides of the ribs(pat). Fire up the grill on high for ten minutes and then turn it to medium. Place rack of ribs on for 5 minutes, turn 90 degrees for another 5 minutes. Turn over and repeat. Next, place the ribs on a shallow pan and cover with foil. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy... You will be getting requests for your "secret" recipe.

p.s. don't ever try this Salmon rub on salmon
