2020 Pro RMK 800 no spark. Was riding and shut sled off and started it back up and was flooding itself out and died. No spark. Stator ohmed out good, coils good, ecu good, good ground, unplugged teather, kill switch and key switch. Still no spark. Looking for any ideas??? Thank you for the help.

You didn't specifically mention new plugs but I'm assuming you tried that already?

You snap a plug in the cap and set it on the head, pull it over and no spark?

The stator plug wasn't melted at all?

I've run into some coils that were intermittently dropping spark.

If you have some known good parts to borrow those are easy to try.

The stator plug is good and I've tried another ECU and coils but still no spark. I'm wondering if it could be the stator even though it tested good.

check stator wires that run near the aluminum cooling hose. had 3 sleds last year have issues with wires off stator going to main harness wearing through the aluminum and causing a coolant leak on 2 and no spark on one

That's what I'm thinking. I just didn't want to buy one if that isn't it because I can't return it if it isn't the problem. It ohmed out good and the lighting side are working but I've seen stators still be bad.

I have a 900 with no spark too Google is talking about a black /white wire that you unhook and that will remove all the kill switches and there is supposed to be one on the throttle body to tell the pcm the throttle is closed. I looked around and can’t find this wire, I need to do the resistance tests on the stater and crank sensors.

Did the New Stator get you up and running?

If any one knows of this wire can you tell me where to look, not a lot of info even in the manual I have deep snow version
I am having the same issue with my 2013 Pro RMK. Just put in a brand new motor, not a rebuild but an actual new complete engine, also purchased new Reed and exhaust Valves put everything back together install it into the bulk head connected all the wires. It will start first pull and then that is it. Pull the plugs and it's getting lots of gas almost to much gas it seems, dry them off, pull a few times with the kill switch off put a propane torch down the head and twice it exploded. Like flames came out the exhaust and the top of the cylinder heads. Basically it did what it should do when the spark plugs are in, mind you the flame coming out the exhaust Hahaha. But anyway I am about to try this again, I let it sit almost 24 hours now with no spark plugs in it. Hopefully any gas will be evaporated by now and try again. If that doesn't work I read a thread earlier here to hold the throttle wide open while cranking it. I am hoping something will work. Now I remember why I became a Welder and not a mechanic Hahaha

Over fueling to the point the crank case is full?
Yes it seems that way. But it seems to have gotten better now that I have started a few times. There was a lot of oil also. But I have ran into another problem once I had it started. My instrument board or whatever it is called, that gives you your RPM Miles / KM hour temperature and that stuff is not working. The high low beams are working. Not sure about the thumb hand warmer haven't ran it long enough to know. Trying to figure out what the problem is with the instrument gage or whatever it is called lol
