any way to kick up a piece of flat stock like the factory board on the outer edge to make up for the round stock .

I'm good with the round bar currently used on your boards, in my opinion if the outside edge was higher would make it uncomfortable and akward riding the sled on flat or jumping. Never had an issue slipping with a round bar outer edge. I just staggered the traction screws straight up and at a 45° angle on the outer edge and there's no way my foot has ever slipped on them. I do wear my mx knee pads now to protect my shin and knees if I ever do hit the boards with anything other than my foot. Lol

I agree that having a raised edge that hi would mess things up, the pro board edge height works perfect
