Axys 850 with Alpha Mono rail... Making history for 2020

This is a 2019 Axys 155 belt drive with a Alpha 165 track and monorail.

Its going to get a Kurts gear down (2.38), titanium muffler and my clutching. Im still waiting on the custom drivers and shocks from Raptor.

This should be an amazing N/A sled.

After some testing it will be for sale.

Nice job.
Did it change the attack angle? I see the front bolt location is farther ahead and down.

Attack angle looks great. Will steepen a little bit when the shock goes in.

I'm assuming the front arm on the new skid is longer thus having to move the bolt forward?

The centre to centre is longer on the alpha skid. I wanted to use the rear mount as it was easier to drill a new hole in the front.

Yes the centre to centre of the Alpha skid is longer than the polaris skid.

That forward mount will make the front end lighter, I really like the attack angle so far.
I think it’s going to be a hoot to ride.

You might actually need training wheels (skis?) for a ride or two until you get the hang of balancing it.

Did you happen to weigh skids when they were out of the sled?
Any chance of laying Polaris rail up alongside the AC rail?-- just curious about relative mount locations and profile curves.

stock 2019 165 alpha skid is 37 lb and A few oz can’t remember.

That is the coolest thing I've seen in years!! That isn't the power claw track its the new alpha track I don't know what its called? Is it called a power claw as well? Anyways, my question is can I get that track for my polaris skid or do you have to change it to an alpha skid? Anyway I could just pick up that track and a set of drivers?
