Assault RMK vs Switchback weight question

Can somebody tell me why the Assault RMK 155 weighs 435 lbs and the Assault Switchback 144 weighs 460 lbs.
I know the 155 has the coil over Pro RMK rear skid but that can't be worth 25 lbs???
144 only has a 1.35" track versus the 155 at 2.125"??? So I know that the 155 track has to weigh more than the 144.
Hmmm, what gives here? Something doesn't make sense.
The RMK chassis is also 3" longer.

It does seem pretty hard to believe. Most of it is the suspension I believe, some due to lack of sway bar and narrower front suspension. Also the wide running boards probably add some.

The SBA is probably the sled I should really be riding but I don't care too much about "going fast" on a trail any more and I couldn't bring myself to buy a sled 15 pounds heavier (in '12) with less track and narrow skis. And also less tunnel room to carry stuff.

It's all in the Poo propaganda:
carbon fiber overstructure
lightweight rear suspension
trick, shorter a arms
belt drive
smaller seat
narrower, open running boards
carbon fiber rear bumper
ported rear flap
no wrap on the front bumper
etc

Last I checked the assault didn't have the carbon fiber parts. Has something changed?

Also no belt drive on the assault? That is pro only

A lot of the difference comes in things like rail stiffeners, tunnel stiffeners, heavier rails.

I think all of these things describe the Pro RMK, not the Assualt.
I knew that the tunnel had wider running boards, reservour shocks, wider A arms, different seat, etc. But the added cooler definitely adds a lot of lbs. Which I don't think is a bad thing compared to the minimalistic cooling system on the Pro RMK and it's issues.

Some of those things apply. Mostly the lack of cooler (which can be bad), the coil over suspension, the narrower running boards, carbon fiber bumper, and ported snowflap off the top of my head. Also the RMK Assault has a different front bumper but I'm not sure if there is a weight savings there.
