ARE SOME AMERICANS REALLY THAT STUPID?

We go down to Spokane a couple times per year....without fail always have at least 1 cashier, server, etc, who Is blown away that the Canadian border is only like a 1.5 hour drive away. What is the deal with that? Do more people just stick really close to home or something?

I'm assuming you use the term "Fresh water" loosely? Last I heard all the Great Lakes were so full of Industrial toxins from both sides of the border that you could not eat a fish caught in those "Fresh" waters.

Back to topic; We do not need a wall, We just need to drop a nuke on DC while they are in session and start with a clean slate. It is the Moronic Idiot Politicians and their policies that are ruining this country; by subsidizing all the foreigners that get here legally or illegally. As well as the free trade agreement that sent Trillions of dollars worth of jobs as well as the factories and machinery overseas. So instead of being able to work and make your own way in this country many were forced to go on unemployment, welfare, etc. which ultimately puts the burden of paying for all the subsidization on the few that have been able to keep a job. My bet is less than 30% of the people in this country do not receive some sort of subsidy / check from the Government. In My Opinion; that means that less than 30% of us are paying for the other 70+percent of ya'all. Cause the Government is a non-profit corporation. My $0.02

Your mind would explode if your realized how many people have never been more then maybe 2 hours away from where they were born/die in their lives.

I think in general westerners are a little better since everything is so far spread out you learn to appreciate stuff more. In more populated areas, you don't need to drive 2-3 hours to the "big city" to go to stores like costco or home depot, there is one within 10 miles in any direction.

It was an eye opener to me how many Americans don't even have a passport , no plans on ever leaving.
