How many miles did you guys & gals get to ride this year?
I had 260 on the trip when all the dust settled.

It was my first arctic man, and it was a blast. We rode some good snow and sat by some good fires and just did nothing. I met some good people and look forward to another one next year. Tim

Lost bag at arctic man

I lost a blue/bag at arctic man, and just putting it on here for the small chance a n honest person found it and is willing to return it. Its got a avalance beacon, shovel, probe, probably some water, and some food items. it would be sick if someone found it and sees this. Thanks. tim

I had 260 on the trip when all the dust settled.

Damn.. impressive miles. I think i rode 130 give or take 20...??? First day riding(wednesday) i snapped my steering column, had it welded, went out again, then the bottom bolt on my chain case backed out, drained all my oil, fried and stretched my chain beyond use. Took it apart, dropped off chaincase at the shop, picked it up in the AM with new tap/helicoil inserts, BLONDZ had a back up chain that matched my gearing(i owe you big time)... went out for a couple more rips. Amazing time. Once again, i can't wait until next year.


Here is a family shot... my cousins made it out all the way from Manhattan for their debut visit to alaska and arctic man!!!

I can't even begin to say how much fun I had this year!!! (no really... I can't). We had some amazing rides that I took ZERO pics of - and sadly didn't burn as much fuel as I had hoped to. But I truly enjoyed seeing so many friends and meeting new folks. You are all so awesome!!

Glad it was the right size chain Trav... and that I didn't need it myself lol

Had my girls and one of my best friends that flew up from Washington just for AM (now, that's dedication) they all did great... but got stuck a few times

I was right next to you. Thats My Silver Summit My buddy rode up and I was driving the 79 Elite. Made it up there and didnt get stuck. It was hillarious driving around people stuck on the way up with the Elite. I did have one scare, but I jumped out and ran with it for a few strides and jumped back in. Sorry dont have a pic of the Elite from Arctic Man.
