A sale was definitely a possibility, I just didn't know it was officially filed with SEC.It was stated production was suspended, not terminated in original announcement.
The speculation was all those cheering for failure, stating non profitability.
A few of us have been trying to point that out.
Funny to be called butthurt when acting on facts instead of emotions.
Where is the form filing?Textron has filed to sell arctic Cat. So othe companies/investors are looking at buying. The rumors are true of a sale. I just hope someone buys it and keeps it going.
"Strategic alternatives" is business verbiage of "for sale"Where is the form filing?
The only note in their SEC page of Textron is looking for strategic alternatives. There is no "for sale" or sale pending post in the SEC filings. The latest round of filings was giving stock options to the corporate executives.
Same day as Textron's suspending production SEC filing, Polaris filed that they are extending their line of credit from 1.0 Billion to 1.4 Billion while the note is extended to 2029.
Worthless article. SuperTrax just repeating what everyone else has already talked about with no new, tangible information. Given Textron is a publicly traded company, all negotiations will be closely covered by non disclosure agreements, and we will all know at the same time when there is an official public announcement. Anything prior to that is purely speculation.Supertrax Magazine just posted an article on Fakebook with compelling details on why an Argo acquisition makes sense. Pretty interesting read, worth looking at.
