April fools joke played on co-worker..he got pizzed!

So this guy used to work here with me and has since quit but I still talk with him. Anyway he loves this car prolly more than his GF so thought it was time to mess with him. He stores the car at a multilevel open air parking garage a block away. I go up there and get some good photos of it and put it on Craigs list super cheap with his phone number and his GF's #. Check out the ad I posted. Pics wont show up because I had to delete the ad last night because he was blowing up my phone with hate calls. Here is a screen shot of the ad. BTW his GF has got so many calls she is loving the attention and one guy even sent her some pics of "himself"

That is actually a chitty thing to do. I have had several freinds that did that on sleds. They all had to change thier phone numbers due to overwhelming call volume, and thier minutes were getting used up, think one even got a lawyer involved, lol.

My buddy loaned his car to his brother for the brothers honeymoon.
After he left on his honeymoon with his new bride, my buddy called the cops and reported the car stolen.

Long story short, buddy got a 1000 dollar fine for filing a false report and his brother got to spend his wedding night in jail.
I still think they don't talk to each other.

That chit is funny since it happened to somebody else and not me:rolleyes: I like the line about a good looking guy my age and maybe I can still ride in the car sometimes. What 20 something guy isn't going to call on that one. haha

what makes an ad like that even better is when you add "i work nights and sleep in the day so please only call between 12am-6am". I had a friend that borrowed an old farm truck of mine, it was a pile but it still was a good truck. Be beat the piss out of it and "somehow" cracked the oil pan and blew the motor up. Then didnt buck up and even offer to help fix or pay for the damage. The truck was maybe worth $500 and he fell on some pretty hard times so i wasnt too worried about it, plus I knew I could part it out for as much as it was worth running. So before I parted it out I put a little ad like that together with HIS phone number. "89 F 150, dirt cheap $250, call for more details, please call between 12am-6am I work nights and sleep in the day"
