The Nytro is for sure more responsive than the Apex but the chassis has some quirky handling that I don't like myself. It wheelies so bad that it is always in the air. I've talked to people with the Timbersled skid and 162" and they still said it wheelies pretty bad. You can pump up those shocks with your cockpump all you want and then it is so stiff you don't have suspension, just a stiff brick in the rear. It's very tippy to me, some like it, I don't.
This year I have really gotten used to my Apex with some suspension stuff and skis, I really like it. I feel a lot more stable on it than the Nytro.
If you are looking for a newer super forward sled that you can turbo reliably then the Nytro is for you, just remember it will wheelie bad with a turbo, and expect to dump some coin into trying to make it so stiff that it doesn't transfer as much.
If you like to carve and showboat doing S turns the Nytro is also a lot easier than the Apex.
They are just two different sleds, both are good and both require some suspension stuff to make them work better. I put GYTR shocks up front and Ohlins on the rear skid which helped me, I'm not sold on the Timbersled skid as the cure all, from what I have seen it isn't all that other than the weight loss.
The Nytro will need a tunnel and 174" to try to help it keep the front down, then I wonder how much different it will handle.
I haven't ridden a M10 super whatever Nytro, but I have rode an EZ ride and that sucked too.
I'm 250 lbs. 6'2" so the Apex is ok for me, a smaller guy would probably like the Nytro.
I will wait for another year and see what happens. I'm happy with what I have.
