Apex turbo vs m8 turbo

HI IM THE OWNER OF A 07 YAMAHA APEX MC EXPRESS TURBO AND WAS THINKING OF MAKING THE SWITCH TOAN M8 JUST BECAUSE THERE ABOUT A MILLION LBS LIGHTER.SO I JUST WANTED 2 KNOW HOW MANY OF U WERE HAPPY WITH YOUR M8s AND IF THE MOTORS HAD ANY RELIABILITY ISSUES.I MIGHT EVEN B INTERESTED IN A TRADE SO ANY INFO WOULD B HELPFUL 2 MAKE MY DECISION THX IN ADVANCE:beer;:)
 
yes the m8 is obviously lighter, but if your used to 300hp, then you will be running pure race fuel in the 2 smoke and you still wont be at that hp, mine was at 12psi on pure race fuel which became a pain in the a$$ and is too expensive so i still have my apex for the deep snow days and i built a m1000 turbo which is on pump gas, so i think i have the best of both worlds lol.:D
 
Lightening is right on. I have a Nytro turbo and it flat out rips it up, but when I go to the trees to boondock, I ride the M7T or M8. You will not have the grunt of the Apex, but a lot more fun.
 
I think my dealer had a T apex and a pg m8 and I never saw him ride the apex but he had a blast on the pgm8. but the rest of us ran N/A sleds and he would bust out the apex when the turbos came out.
 
The 2009 M8 is a wicked sled. I did not have any issues with mine last season. They are definatley nice for boondocking, very agile. I cant wait for my turbo to show up so I can get to work building my kit for it!
 
Hey man get rid of that heavy carcas Apex.

There is nothing like riding for 7 days straight & your not doing that on an apex.

Your fuel will run $4 per gallon.

Run it at 12# all day every day and go to 16# if you want more.

a mcx apex will run 290hp with the 19t turbo on pump gas! how about that m8 at 12psi??lol
