Apex or Nytro

Bought the nytro can't wait for more snow so I can ride it. Then I am earing apart and do the Timbersled make over. Tunnel, front and rear suspension and any other trick thing I can come up with and someday a supercharger. Can,t wait. Just sold my M7 I put together last year. So know I can start gathering parts for Nytro.

Why are putting earings on it? :D Boost would be better LOL

Both sweet sleds, but I don't like to get beat in the mountains and I'm a big guy, so for me, a Tapex is perfect. Never been happier with a sled.

To tough to call, there both kick-*** sleds in a big way.

I dont get why i hear ppl on here say the Apex will be phazed out, i disagree because it definatly has a place in the market.

I wish i could afford both !

im not in the four-stoke game yet but will hopefully be in about a month (FINALLY MOVING TO WY). I am trying to weigh my options as well when it comes to these 2 sleds. I like the apex for the extra power and the bigger track. But i like the nytro for the fact that it weighs a lot less for when i get stuck. I am only 150 lbs so maybe the Nytro would be a better fit just not quite sure. Rode an apex last year and fell in love with it. It will most likely stay stock for the first season or 2 then going with the boost! What do you guys think?

Coming off of a REV, the Apex felt heavy for low speed turning and maneuvering. My Nytro is MORE balanced and easier to boondock with (so far!) than the REV. Great chasis!

Bought the Apex, wanted to add boost and hey are proven and figured out. Maybe next year I will try a Nytro once all the bugs are figured out. Both seem to be great sleds, I rode a boosted Nytro w/ a tunnel and a 162 track and it worked really well. It will be interesting to see how the two compare this year.

Own M7 ftis me good, rode friends apex's feel great although I have short legs and the seat on the edges stick out pushing my knees out.Not that big of a deal though. NYTRO is like nothing I've ever felt, fits my body and riding style perfectly. I put on a adjustable monster works 8.5 inch riser It's Awsome. as for which to buy, try and ride both or at least sit on one at your dealers for awile you will know which one fits you better. If at all posible the ride will seal the deal as to which one you should buy.Add a little boost and your off and runnin' Hope this helps.

In stock form which do you beleive would be a better runner? In all aspects, hillclimbing, handeling, power to weight ratio. Hp to weight ratio is nearly exactly the same (going by dyno test of 138hp on the nytro) Will the lack of weight make up for the lack of power on the Nytro? Is it worth going to the Apex for the longer track?

it all depends on waht your doin...if your going for big power 270hp+ you need a apex...apex is heaver but can handle more power...nytro will do great on power and is light so its great for about anything..thats unless you want a *** whopping 300hp
