I will be running a 162 under my boosted XM this year. Ran a boosted pro with a KMod 162 for the last 3 seasons at 10-12lbs boost. IMO there just isn't much that compares to them, and I've had a few. As far as what number to run the coupling blocks at you are going to find that is pretty much personal preference. I usually have mine set on 2 or 3, but I'm a big dude and am running the heavier rear spring. What these guys have said is true, the KMod keeps the front end down REALLY well on these boosted 2 strokes and the ride is second to none. Another great benefit is how well they get up on the snow. I would love to see two identical sleds, stock or boosted, one with the KMod, one with a stock skid, race up any hill. Smooth or whooped, hardpack or powder, I would bet the KMod sled would easily beat the stock skid. I ran with a few boosted pro's with the stock skids and the difference in ground speed on a climb is pretty noticeable. You are going to love it.
